*You can also setup automatic billing to recur each month on the 1st of each month from your checking account (ACH) or credit/debit card.

When is my storage bill due?

Your storage bill is due monthly on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. If payment is received after the 5th, there is a late fee. This includes if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday. If you mail your payment you must make sure it is mailed before the deadline.

Our office is by appointment only. We do have phone hours Monday - Friday 10 AM - 4 PM. We close for all Federal & State Office Holidays. If we are closed due to vacation we will have notices posted on our Facebook and Google Pages as well as our voicemail.

How long is the rental/lease term?

We offer month-to-month lease terms that auto renew at the end of each month. You must notify us in writing and follow all move out procedures before the end of the month or you will automatically be charged for the next month on the 1st of the month. Regardless, if you occupy the unit 1 day, 5 days or the full month you will be charged for the full month's rental. We do not pro-rate upon move out.

Do you pro-rate partial month's use?

We offer month-to-month lease terms and pro-rate the 2nd month.

Move-In Example: If you move in on August 10th, you pay from August 10th - September 9th. On September 1st you will owe a partial amount for the remainder of September 10th - 30th.

Move-Out Example 1: (Based on above example) If you move out on September 20th, you paid on September 1st for the remainder month of September. You do not receive a refund for the remaining days. If you move out on September 9th (after paying August 10th - September 9th) You would NOT owe for the remainder of September as long as you followed all move out procedures.

Move-Out Example 2: (Based on above example) If you move out on October 3rd, your owe the full month of October. Our policy states that the term ends at the end of each month. Therefore, you must make sure you move out before the 1st of each month, notify us in writing and follow all move out procedures.

Do you have storage auctions?

Yes, auctions of storage units occur after fulfilling the state lien law procedure of someone who has not made a payment on their unit. We are NOT in business to sell your items. We are in business to rent space to provide you with extra space for your items. While auctions are a necessary part of the business, it is our least favorite part. JNJ Miniwarehouses' storage auctions are held on StorageAuctions.com. To avoid auctions, communication and timely payment is important.
