All move outs must be complete by 4 pm on the last day of the month AND complete the following items in order to not be auto renewed and charged for the following month.

1) Clean out unit completely and remove all items from premises


2) Take photo of empty unit with unit door open and unit number showing in photo. 


3) Send photo of empty unit through the portal by logging into your account or to storage@jnjminiwarehouses.com


4) Notify of us the date of move out through the portal or email storage@jnjminiwarehouses.com. (Notification must be in writing and must be received no later than 4 pm on last day of the month)
When submitting move out date include your name, unit number, phone number, new mailing address in the event we need to reach you or mail a refund. Let us know if there are any issues with your unit.


5) If you are on recurring (automatic) billing, please login to your account and delete your debit, credit, or bank account to prevent automatic charges on your debit, credit or bank account.
