Office Hours

The office is open Monday - Friday 10 am to 4 pm by appointment only.

Our phone hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday (Closed for Federal/State Holidays)

Payment Options

We accept payment by check, money order, and credit/debit card. 

Payments can be made in our dropbox at main office, 

on our website at www.jnjminiwarehouses.com/payonline, 

or by mail to: 10903 Highway 182, Franklin, LA 70538.

Rent auto-renews and is due 1st of each month.

If received after the 5th, you will receive a $20 Late Fee.

If received after the 10th, you will be charge a $20 Lock Out Removal Fee.

For your convenience we also offer Auto Pay as an option, please contact our office for more information.

Information regarding move out is below and all FAQs can be viewed here.

Move Out Procedures:


1. Notification - You must notify us in writing (text/email) by end of month of your move out.
    Text the automated messaging number or email storage@jnjminiwarehouses.com with your intended date of move out along with your name, unit number and new mailing address.

2. Unit Move Out - You must move all items from the unit by end of month to avoid auto-renewal of rental. Remove all items, sweep and remove your lock. Take a photo of the empty unit showing the clean unit and the unit number in the photo. Send photo to the automated messaging number or storage@jnjminiwarehouses.com

3. Timeline - If you notify us of you intend to move out July 27th then you send photo and actually move out on or after August 1st you will owe for the whole month of August. Rent is due on 1st of each month. If you occupy the unit and/or fail to notify us of move out your rental auto renews for the following month.
